BULK NATURAL JAGUA GEL (125g)

NOTE: This Jagua paste is NOT BLACK HENNA. Does not contain any PPD's, that's usually found in instant black henna. This is a natural alternative.

Jagua is a natural dye that derives from the Genipa Americana Fruit plant. It is native to rainforests in south and Central America.

Ingredients: 100% natural jagua juice, Xanthan Gum (thickening agent), Lavender Essential Oil, Sugar

Each 25g cone produces about five small designs up to wrists.

Storage Instructions are included in each order. Cones MUST be stored in the freezer. It can be stored up to 4 months in the freezer. To thaw, simply leave at room temperature for 15 mins. 

Important Allergy information:

If you are allergic to any citrus fruit, It is suggested that you DO NOT use Jagua. If you have never used Jagua before, please do a patch test on your inner wrist. Wait 24 hours for any allergy concern.

Once you applied the Jagua gel, Allow the design to dry for 2 hours minimum or (overnight) if need be. Overnight drying is not needed for all designs, Jagua only needs a minimum 2 hours to fully stain the skin but essentially the longer you leave the henna on, the deeper the stain will be. 

When leaving the henna on overnight, keep in mind DO NOT SLEEP ON THE AREA IN WHICH THE JAGUA WAS APPLIED. It will smear and transfer. Follow the instructions to fully wash the area prior to sleep.

Breathable tape is optional and available for purchase to apply onto the Jagua design after it is dried, so that it does not stain or smear any unwanted areas.
