What is the return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our handmade henna cones, we do no accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been shipped.
Where will I receive Updates about my order?
Once the order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive as shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking updates typically begin appearing within 24 hours after the package has been accepted by the postal carrier. Please note that occasional carrier delays may affect how quickly tracking information is updated.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Is your henna natural?
The ingredients in our henna paste is all natural and sourced from natural ingredients. If you have sensitive skin, please be sure to do a patch test on inner arm prior to use. If allergic to citrus fruit or essential oils, please do not use.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Costs vary depending on the shipping method, the size of order, and the delivery destination. Standard USPS shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited options include 1-2 day and overnight shipping may be available at checkout.
